I’ve Got A New Attitude
New Thoughts begin as we meditate on Truth, over and over. Brain Science teaches that it takes 21 days of thinking about a concept before it reaches the bud state in our mind. An additional 42 days of thinking about this truth helps it grow and blossom.
All that thinking is referred to in the Bible as “meditating.”
The Ultimate Truth
God’s Word is the ultimate Truth. The Word is God’s Thoughts.
John 1:1-5
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
The same was in the beginning with God.
All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
And the light shines in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
Personalizing John 1:4-5
- In Him (the Word) Is Life
- This Life Is The Light of Me
- The Light Shines In The Darkness
- And The Darkness Cannot Stop It (the Word)
As you begin to meditate on this Truth – “God Loves You”
Nothing can prevent that Truth from growing in your mind and changing your life.
“I’ve Got A New Attitude”
To enhance the memory process, I like to sing this as a little song, adding my own tune and rhythm, moving my body to the beat. You’d be surprised how this little song will come back to you when you need it most, and help get your thinking back on the right path.
